1. Using Aperature
Aperature is a social application that allows users to create profiles, share pictures, add friends, send messages, and use other features provided by the service.
You are responsible for everything you do through your Aperature account.
You must not use Aperature to:

3. Pictures and Other Content

Prohibited content
NSFW (Not Safe For Work) pictures are not allowed on Aperature.
You must not upload, share, or send:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit pictures.
- Nude or sexually explicit images.
- Sexualized images of minors.
- Extremely graphic or excessively violent content.
- Content that is illegal to possess or distribute.
- Content that violates another person's rights.
Aperature may remove content that violates these rules and may restrict or terminate accounts responsible for prohibited content.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Aperature.
By uploading content to Aperature, you grant Aperature the permission necessary to store, process, display, and transmit that content as required to provide the service and its features.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and share the content.
5. Other Users
Aperature is a social service, and users may interact with people they do not know personally.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
Aperature does not guarantee that information provided by other users is accurate, truthful, or reliable.
Use reasonable caution when communicating with people online and do not share sensitive personal information unnecessarily.

Messages sent through Aperature are the responsibility of the users who send them.
Do not use Aperature's messaging features to harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, or otherwise abuse other users.
